SEMOLINA DUMPLING SOUP (*GRIESSKLÖSSCHENSUPPE)
simple and fine

125 ml milk
50 g butter
50 g semolina
1 egg
salt, pepper, nutmeg
fresh vegetable stock
trust your feeling with the amount
bring milk, butter and salt to a boil
add the semolina
stirring, stirring, stirring
until the big dumpling from the pot base dissolves
take the pan of the heat
let cool slightly
then stir in the egg
season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
bring some salted water to a boil
form little dumplings (maybe like the size of a cherry)
about 10 minutes in the water pull until done
give some dumplings in a bowl with fresh vegetable stock
